How it works

Secret RF is a microneedle fractional radiofrequency system made by ILOODA and distributed by Cutera in some markets. Fine needles deliver radiofrequency energy beneath the surface to stimulate collagen remodeling while limiting damage to the top layer. It is used for pores, acne scars, and fine lines. Response varies, and a series of sessions is often proposed.

Korean microneedle RF devices share a lot of marketing vocabulary. If the menu calls it simply fractional RF, ask for the model name so you can compare proposals that look identical on paper.
