How it works

Density is a radiofrequency platform from Jeisys Medical that uses both monopolar and bipolar modes at 6.78 MHz. Monopolar energy reaches deeper tissue, while bipolar energy stays shallower, so the operator can vary the target depth. The aim is to heat tissue in a controlled way to support tightening. Effects vary by person.

Good to know

• Ask which mode is planned for each area and why.
• Confirm the model and handpiece by name rather than by a general lifting label.
• Mention prior thread lifts, fillers, or other energy treatments to the doctor.
• Temporary redness, swelling, and tenderness are common; blisters and burns are uncommon but possible.

Checking a Density treatment before you book

A device offering two modes gives the doctor flexibility, and that flexibility is only as good as the judgment behind it. Ask how the choice was made for your skin thickness and which areas will receive which approach.

As with any energy-based device, ask for the plan, including the number of shots, on paper. A written plan makes a second opinion far more useful.
